I have restored the Pelican Town Community Center,but cant get 'Local Legend'?

nothing happend when the cutscene plays.
i thought maybe it will trigger at sleep so i went home and save.
now i cant go back to trigger the cutscene one more time,PLZ help!

I am also having this issue. I restored the community center, the cutscene played but no achievement. After though I did get two other achievements related to friendship levels but not Local Legend. Is there maybe more to unlocking this than what it says?

I think it's buggy. There's a few threads recently with people having issues getting that achievement and triggering all the cut scenes. It all worked fine for me though. I recall getting Local Legend right after I submitted the last item, before sleeping and before the big community center cut scene the next day.

There's a cutscene the next day...? Maybe my finishing of the community center was hindered by a festival being the following day.

Yes, the next time I entered the town map (from the bus stop, just walking to Pierre's) I got a long cut scene.

I suspect festivals interfering with these things is an ongoing issue with the game. Just from the posts I've been reading.

oh dude this message comes a little late.
and in my game the "community center finishing cutscenne" didn't show up the next day but several days later.
so i was too worried and unlocked that achievement with SAM.

after the cutscene i realized that achievement should be here. but the mistake has been done.

Good thing i came across this thread before finishing the community center.

It's been a couple days now since I completed the Community Center. The only cutscenes I got so far was the Jujimos saying good-bye and the gittering rock being removed (finished the fish tank last). Jojamart is still there, the Center is complete and life is still going as if nothing changed. Checked for the Steam ach and it's not there either.

Edit: One more day and I finally got the cutscene of the townsfolk at the center and the achievement.
