Missing Book
In the library, it says a book is missing. IS this a referance, or is it something that I'm supposed to look for? If so, where do I find it.

They're found in town by digging through the dirt (generally worms, 3 little wiggly things in the ground).

also, is there a way to fix the bridge in the top right corner? Thanks for the info.

The bridge near the mine?

It's one of the unlocks from the Community Centre/Joja Membership.

More than one book is missing. Once found they automagically teleport to the library and you have to visit there to read the book. That's worth doing though.

The first ones are mainly game mechanics. The later ones I think were lore. Perhaps I should reread those, lol. Perhaps they were hints of other stuff in the game. I thought the books were worth reading at least once.

You need to use a Hoe to dig at those spots, just in case you didn't know.

Thats a bit dumb. Why not give a hint that means you should be looking for the books? Or why not have a quest related to the first book? It would help a lot of people if the game dev did this.

Yeah, I was into the 3rd month before I found out you were supposed to dig up worms.

BTW, the last book has a hint to start a quest line...or well, it was the last book before 1.1, dunno if that changed.

Edit: Ah damn, fell to a necromancer bait
