Stone Blockage AT!!!! the Mines

There's a stone blockage In.... and in FRONT of the mines.. its the same kind... of stone..(WATCH OUT SPOILER)

so i guess... i could use a ....slingshot.. and explosive ammo to breka i? it ried .. but didnt work. does much water come out of tha thole.. sicne its at the river? and smething gets free?

The glittering boulder is removed after completion of a set of bundles for the Community Center. You can't remove it any other way.

aha! so it IS removable.. if its getting away by usign the community bundle-quests.. i dont need more information~ thx~
