How do I meet the wizard (maybe bugged)?

I went into the community center and had the cutscene with lewis, but the wizard never appeared, my friend told me the wizard should appear during the cutscene and tell you to meet him somewhere. Any ideas? As of now he just sits in his hosue but i can't enter.

Either your friend explained it the wrong way or you misunderstood. That's not how it happens. The Wizard won't appear during the cutscene, he will send you a letter.

do you know when, im currently on spring 28 and haven't recieved anything that i remember.

do you read the glowing unreadable letter at one room in the community center? that should trigger the wizard to ask you to come to his tower, the room is on the far left bottom of community center when you enter.

This. Be sure to interact with that tile. Then just go do your stuff and one morning the letter will arrive.

just did this, and saw the yellow monster thing so i guess i never did that.

That's pretty much a commandment on this sort of game (and on older RPGs in general): "Thou must interact with all the stuffs!"
