Which pier do you fish on to catch the Crimson fish? The wiki says the east pier at the beach, but does that include the area past the broken bridge?

I just caught it, the thing is, I remember reading that the area past the broken bridge has a different name, so wiki calling it the eastern pier on the beach just got me confused.
