All of them combined :P Get the sprinklers, plant something that regrows, go to the mine/fish, lose all energy, sleep.

Well, unless you plan on selling all your ores, I would say mining is not the best choice for gaining money, as you use a lot of energy and face many dangers. Not only that, but most of the energy you use is mining rocks, giving you 1 stone. My suggestion is plant lots of crops, and when you're done taking care of them every day, go and use the extra time to fish for profit.

Fishing on rainy days. Mining on season end when u can't plant any more crops.

Animals are a time sink and not really very profitable so if money is all that you want stick to crops - mine when it rains and the fortune teller says you will be lucky - fish and forage the rest of the time.

Farming will make you the most money, especially when you turn fruits into wine from kegs. When you're done farming in the morning, go fishing or mining. Fishing for the money (and chests, which can give good ore) and mining when you want to start upgrading your tools.

FYI, Corn is an excellent crop for the summer and fall, since you only plant it once and it continues to produce through two seasons.

If you're looking to maximize, keep expanding your fields. (Sprinklers help a lot with the tedium, especially if you buy the best ones from a certain vendor who carries them from time to time.)

Growing berries gives the best profit, especially if you make them into wine later.
Thinking about selling all the animals once I get the needed stuff for community center, they take up way too much time if you have 16+ of them.
On the other hand if you dont invest into mining you will be totally screwed without upgraded tools and materials needed to make sprinklers, trying to grow stuff by manually watering everything takes half the day. Mining is lot more important then fishing in the beginning.
