Glittering Boulder?

I just finished the Fish Tank in the Community Center and the reward was the removal of the Glittering Boulder. Where is this exactly because the only boulder I recall blocking my path is the one at the first floor of the mine and it's long gone already.

Thanks for the replies. I completed the last bundle first thing in the morning and spent the day looking for a missing boulder. I saw the cut scene after ending the day. All good now.

After it's removed you start being able to pan for minerals in the water around the valley.

That happened to me too, after sleeping one night. It triggered a few days later though.
