Have you watered them everyday, and have you tried right clicking on them?

You are probably going something wrong. Plase tell me what steps do you take to plant your crops because you are missing a step somewhere.

The steps needed :

1. You hoe down the ground and you do a small field or a big one .. you decide ;p
2. You put fertilizer if you want. Skip this step if you don't have any.
3. You put your seed on the ground where you hoed the ground.
4. You water down the field with your watering can. (If you have sprinklers you still need to water down for the first day but not for the rest of the days.
5. You wait 10 days but you need to water down your crops everyday if you don't have sprinklers.
6. Profit

You should easily be able to tell if they are grown if you go close to them and you see a green cross over a plant that means you can gather it and the pictures of the plant changes when it's ready. You can see the fruits or vegetable on the ready crops.

Is that what you were doing ?

When they are ready for harvest, you'll see a green + sign when you mouse over, like other crops, just get close enough to them with free inventory space and right click.

Did you water the plants every day?

As soon as plants are ripe for harvesting you just have to stepü next to thewm and a "+"-sign will be displayed (and you can click on them to harvest).

I just thought of something here. If green beans take 10 days to grow, you'll only be able to harvest on the 11th day. You don't count the day you plant the seed. Could that be it?

Also: You need to add an extra day to what it says in the store, if you don't water the crops in the first day.

You do count the day you plant them if you water them the same day.

From the Wiki:

Grow Times

All listed grow times count from the day AFTER planting. Day of planting is not counted.

general rule is, if you plant on the first, they will be ready on the 11th (if you watered them daily)

Thanks everyone. I thought I'd planted on day one but it may have been day 2. Gotta wait 1 game day to check.
