Can you walk over your crops?
If you walk over your crops will you damage them?

Yes, you can without harming them.

Most of them yes. The ones you cant the game tells you at the seed description. Beans and grapes, for example, because they need to be fixed in wood.

Great, thanks for the quick repies!

Yep, but there are certain crops (green beans, for example) where you can't. AFAIK if it grows on a pole, then you can't walk through it (haven't made it to summer yet)

Everything else you can walk on.

Yeah...never plant trellis-based crops in solid rows of 3x6 (or whatever). You won't be able to reach to water the plants in the middle (early on, default watering can). lol. Now I always leave a space between rows of such plants.

...typo.

Well thank you. Now that I think about it I'm also wondering about watering crops. If I forget to water something will it die, or does it just not mature that night? Thanks!

I only had dead crops after a season change.
Not watering them seems to only stop growth.

Help! I've just started. The intro ended and it appears my toon is in bed. What do I do? I can't see to move her. I can move things about in the room but not her. ???? What do I do from here? Brand new to steam and this type of gaming.

Missing a day of watering delays the full-ripe cycle time (if it was 4 days, now it's 5). I don't think they "die."
When a crop is ripe, you can't water them anymore - but you can also just leave them there, unpicked, and they remain until you do. Good for honey, mostly.
