Not on the same plot.
I think they wear off after a season change.

Yes, you can. They last a season.

She worded it better. They wear of when the season changes. I know you can reapply speed-gro at least.

from my experience they usualy last 1 season outside, or until the tilled land becomes un-tilled.
as for the greenhouse im gonna guess it lasts forever aslong u keep something planted in the tilled ground?

Nah, they wear off when the season changes too.

Can I reapply fertilizer in the greenhouse? (Assuming I planted blueberry or cranberry).

I never tried the quality raising ones. But I know you can reapply speed-gro, as I've been doing it here.

The information on this page isn't entirely accurate. Speed-Gro/Fertilizers lasts as long as there is a plant growing (even across seasons) or if the soil remains tilled during a season. That means you can plant Fiber seeds in winter, add Speed-Gro any time even on the last day of winter. On Spring Day 1 harvest it, then plant strawberries and the Speed-Gro will still be there. Any crop which cannot survive the seasonal change will loose any fertilizers. Crops like Fiber and Wheat can be used to carry fertilizers over from one season to another. Plants like Strawberries will not carry the fertilizer over to the new season, even when the soil remains tilled and you scythe the dead plant on Summer 1. Fiber is the greatest for this as it can cross between any season and requires no water. Unfortunately it's difficult to acquire large quantities of clay and mixed seeds needed to make it (I mean in the thousands, always buy mixed seeds from Krobus on Thursdays if you want to do this.) But you can do at least one big Winter/Strawberry crossover like this in a playthrough if you don't ever throw away your clay and mixed seeds. Maybe more.

FrozT is correct. Get all the details here:

Something else to consider, Speed-Gro does nothing for continuous harvest plants like cranberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc after the initial grow period. It shortens the initial grow but does not shorten time between harvests after that.
