Well, I added a slimy green algae and the governor, after tasting, said that the soup is horrible and that he would forego eating the soupo this year
Well, unfortunately (being my first Luau) I forgot to bring anything and the slimy green algae was the opnly edible thing I had in my pockets at this time
:D
I quite like fish.
There are afew items which are poisonous, would be interesting to see if anything happens if you add one of those...
Right after the Luau, i've seen 1 heart on NPC's, i've never spoken to, except for the introduction. "Never spoken to" includes gifting presents or helping/questing.
I'm not sure about this, tho. I may have done something else, which increased their affection somehow.
I can confirm that you LOSE faction if you put something bad in the soup. I've been romancing Sebastian and had just finished the 6-heart cutscene. I forgot and sold my gold-star items, so I dropped a nq sweet pea in the soup that I had harvested that morning. Even though Seb tells you to put something bad in as a joke, that night when the Luau was over I was down to 5 hearts.
I put it in and the Gov said the soup was disgusting.
I began to really hate the towns folk at that point. I made plans to put the most toxic mushroom I could find in the next year.
