Anyways, I prefer farming. Far more money for less effort, and a lot quicker it seems. Wine marking, preserves and honey is just a side venture. Perhaps in another game I will focus more on those.
Coop and barn animals you need to pet everyday, milk them and go around pick up eggs. Cheese and Mayo get processed very quickly and sell for a lot. However, the upkeep on animals is quite high and they don't always produce dairy products.
Farm and winery take least amount of time and money once you use sprinklers. However it's several days between harvest times.
Have a balance of everything on your farm.
