Leah's 10 heart event not starting in winter? Do you need to do 8 heart event first?

Anyone know? Have her to ten hearts boquet and all but no show on the 10 heart event.. Though I may not have done 8 heart event either

Doesn't work in winter, and only works on sunny days.

Roger doger I'll let my boyfriend know. He's playing his own version and romancing her but she was showing 0% interest during winter :/ Even on 'sunny' winter days.
