Just can't process geodes

I just can't process geodes.
Even though I clicked everywhere(include the anvil), the geodes can't be place on anvil.
Please tell me what to do,I'll be appreciate!

Yes I do exactly the same thing,but it wasn't work.

Don't try to put it on the anvil in his shop but on the anvil in the pop-up window...

Hmm, need to be sure you haven't missed a step (and hopefully I don't either!) ...

Make sure you have 25 gold per geode.
Make sure your inventory isn't full.

Talk to Clint (the Blacksmith) ... click on process geode.
A new window pops up with him standing by an anvil.

Click on your geode so you are holding it on your cursor.
Use the geode you are holding to click on the little anvil in that window.
He will process it.

It would be best if you follow the instructions while IN the game to be sure you haven't missed a step.

Every once in a while I get a bug where I sop interacting with things. When I open my bag, and pick up and put back down an item in it; it fixes the problem. Maybe try it before you talk to Clint?

Going out on a limb, and saying you use some mods of some sort?

If you answer yes, then you brought it on yourself.

If you answer no, well that just sucks then. I have a feeling you use mods though.


For the record, I have quite a few more hours in this than you do, and not once, have I had anything break like what you guys have. This is what leads me to assume you use mods. There is no other explanation for your game randomly breaking, while players like me works fine. I could be completely wrong though, its known to happen :P

Maybe mods were used, but not all software bugs can be easily reproduced, so saying there is no other explanation is just wrong. ;)
