Spring seeds from community center?

after submitting all the items to the Juminos at the community center, I got a bundle of 30 seeds named "Spring Seeds." What do these seeds grow exactly? Are they a random assortment of all the plants you can grow during the spring?

They grow the foragable crops, such as leeks, wild horseradish, etc.

They only grow forageable plants, not crops. You can grow random crops from Mixed Seeds that you gather from cutting weed with a scythe.
