Experience all the festivals/win the competitions when they happen.
Try to catch all the seasonal/specialty fish.

I'm closing in on 50 hours, about half way thru my second spring with a fully tier 2 sprinklered farm, and each day is still pretty fresh, theres definitely PLENTY to still do and barely enough time to do it.
