[ERROR/BUG?] Stuck on beach (The Dance of the Moonlight Jellies)

End of summer, received a message on "The Dance of the Moonlight Jellies". At the right time to go to the beach, but there were just people, and nothing happened. I talked with each of them and waited another 10 minutes, but again nothing happened. Several times went around all the people, but to talk to them was no longer possible. I tried to get out of the location, but it also failed to do. I had to leave the game and come back, and then skip a day. Dance of the jellyfish, I never saw ... :(

You have to talk to the mayor again, you wont get a speech bubble above his head to continue to the cut scene.

For most of the festivals you have to keep talking to the mayor.
