Does Pierre not sell all seeds year-round once you get the greenhouse?

I just got mine the day before Winter, and I was excited thinking I could go there and be able to buy his whole inventory of seeds for all four seasons. Nope. Nothin' there. :/

Nope he does not. He just eventually becomes open everyday.

Well that's upsetting. I only just recently got a seedmaker, so I was relying on him.

I also have just been buying seeds from Pierre the entire time, so come my first winter with a greenhouse, I'm screwed too. I have some lying around but I wish you could buy any seeds any time once you unlock the greenhouse. That's what happens in Harvest Moon. I know they're different games! It's just it makes sense, you have the ability to grow crops of any season at any time and you don't have access to the seeds. Ah well. Fishing!
