Abigail 8th heart event trigger?

Currently trying to get this event for Abby out of the way but I can't seem to trigger it. I've tried entering just about every cell after 8PM save for the desert but nada. What am I missing?

is that the one where she asks you to visit her in her room after 8?

Abigail's Eighth Heart event starts with a Mail she sends you, then you enter her house after 8. IIRC, I did it the next day.

i think you should do it on monday or tuesday. because she back to home at 7p.m. so you can meet her at home after 8p.m. from thursday to sunday. she back home at 10p.m so you can't meet her because you can't enter her house after 9p.m

Also, the note says for you to enter her room, but what triggers the cut scene is NOT entering her room after 8, but actually entering the building (the main entrance to her house aka Pierre's store) after 8 pm.

I started trying to immediately after I got the mail and have had no success.

I figured as much since events only happen on cell change.

You wait, shouldn't take too much time.
If it doesn't trigger, check the Official Stardew Valley wiki incase you missed something.

I think you have to give the Bouquet to activate the Event. You buy it a Pierre's Shop

I never gave Abigail a bouquet and I got the mail from her. Thing is, I forgot about it and there was no reminder in the journal. That's like 20 days ago (game days). I wonder if I could still go back to the house and do it?

Even after you do that, try giving the wiki site a try. you can look up what she is doing for the day and the evening times anyway, but depending on which season it, may differ the itinerary she has planned

Are you in Winter? For whatever reason I'm having trouble triggering it in Winter. Maybe she stays up later or something. By the time she gets home I'm locked out. :c

Supposedly when she asks that, the shop opens up to 9pm. I don't know if it's true, though.

I think it's more likely that I just went on the wrong days, or got there too late or too early, but... Who knows. :P
