How to trigger unlocking the community center?

I played one game, and I'm pretty sure by day five or six, when I went to town, a cutscene with the mayor took over with him unlocking the community center.

I wasn't happy with the way I laid out my farm, though, so I started a new game, on day eight, and still haven't gotten that cutscene yet.

What's the trigger to get that cutscene so I can start the collections?

Check the first collection for the "forgaed" items. and then the next day the wizard should ask to see you to give you the ability to read the words on said collection.

Mm no, I mean how do I tigger the cutscene to UNLOCK the community center? The door is still locked because I haven't seen the event with the mayor.

Wiki says you have to visit and talk Morris in Joja Mart. I usually visit him in first day.
