Triggering Leah's 10 heart event

Anyone remember how it happened for them? I can't get Leah's 10 heart event to trigger. I've tried looking at the wiki but it doesn't seem to be accurate.

I left the area her house is in through the east exit into town and then came back through the same exit at 11am, i think. Power went out and wiped that whole day, haven't gotten it to trigger ever since but finally got her eight heart event i guess. This was also in the first week of spring for me.

Nice days seem to not actually be required, as I got her 10 heart event on a stormy day of all things. Though that may have been a bug...
