Luau pot luck suggestions? :)

Any suggestions on what to bring to the pot luck? Other than whats on the wikia? :) I am still new, just like everyone else, was unsure if it was limited too the high quality things listed or if we're still trying it out?

Hey, don't look at me like that, I had just sold almost everything to buy fruit tree sapplings... And I only tossed in a Field Snack because apparently a frehsly chopped Bat Wing was just too weird... *pouts*

gold hot pepper was just average.I read that the special gold pumpkin, is fab.

I did pepper first year and go so-so too. I forgot it was going on the second year and put in a small milk I had with me. He said it was a good soup.

I threw in a purple mushroom and he said it was the best he ever tasted.

Ignore the wikia, wikias in general are terrible. The official wiki is accurate.

Anyway, the Luau is pretty simple actually. For a good result, the item has to give positive energy gain if you were to eat it (which also writes off anything that can't be eaten directly, like coral or oysters etc), and the more money it would sell for, the better the result.

So gold star high end produce, or gold star high end fish, are good options.

Gold Star Melon gave the top result, out of this world soup. My hearts went up 1 full heart for everyone, I think.

I brought some forage berry along (forgot which) but apparently i couldnt put it in the soup, the only other thing i had on me was some bread i found in the trash. Stupid me went and put it in the soup.
Lets put it like this, they werent too fond of it. Surprised it didnt kill anyone ._.

Lol... Still funny, though. What I do is try to put a gold star vegetable or fruit in it. It works well.

Yea, i didnt have anything like this, it was my first year and i just sold everything i got for the money, i didnt realise what the event was so i never saved anything for it.

Actually my last time was a bit like that. The result was like "Nothing special about this soup".

O.o Ive not even got those back yet, i dont think i would throw them in though. It does make me wonter what the results would be xD
