Torches for the Mine?
I was in level 13 or so of the Mine and it was pitch black. Is there a way to make torches or something to light the way? I checked with the dungeon guild but there was nothing like that for sale.

Sap and wood makes a torch.

You can also get them from recycling newspapers, or just harvesting them off the floor in the mines when they spawn. One of the bundles awarded a light ring too, illuminates a circle around you.
