Town mines. Monster floors.

Which floors are kill all monsters? Ive spent ~ 2 rl days of play time fighting in the mine trying to get scroll 4, too few monsters on most levels, want to find the monster levels so I can just hit those first before I start just fighting on random floors.

Think fight floors are just random, I have been through the levels a few times and haven't noticed a set floor to be "overrun with monsters". For all I know it could be a one time thing for a floor to have but I am just guessing it is a low chance of happening.

Lame. Im getting sick of sitting in the mines all day, was hoping those were static and i could just farm them, but when after rare drops that only spawn one place, you dont get much choice I guess.

Generally speaking I found I was getting a few of all but scroll one (due to it being in the early levels and had to farm that,) from just mining ore. Scrolls didn't seem a bad drop rate compared to certain things like set artifacts, certain things from geodes and iridium ore veins.

So i just found the scroll, in unmarked dirt in the middle of a level while digging up cave carrots, so its not restricted to just monsters like the wiki seemed to claim.

Take the wiki with a pinch of salt, the information is pretty much new and there are a lot of "theories" on things that are simply wrong or not complete. Can be useful for a rough guide but be prepared for mistakes.

I know, I was saying that to inform others that you can find it on more than just monsters.

Yeah I don't do wiki edits. I am not really the best at quality for certain things and I think wiki's are generally high quality so won't spoil them but am happy to provide information I find for it also (I have gone a long way into the game but now am playing much less so people have caught up and overtaken me, on forums aiding others a lot more)
