Selling at a store vs putting in the chest
Is there any difference between selling an item at a store and putting it in the chest to be picked up at the end of the night?

If you sell things at a store you get the money right away. Where as if you put it in the box you get the money the next morning.

As far as the amount goes, you get the same amount regardless of where you choose to sell it.

Ahh good to know. Was wondering this as well Jack. I figured since you got gold "now" it would be a lesser amount whereas the chest would give full amount.

Selling at the store doesn't count as 'delivered' produce. However, you get funds immediately, which can help you complete an objective in the same day, such as buying additional seed/fertilizer or obtaining an upgrade.

For example: If you need a few hundred more G to get a watering-can upgrade, and it's supposed to rain the next day, directly selling the produce would be the way to go.
