It only gets repaired overnight after you complete the bundle set.

Did you complete all the foraging bundles? If you did you should see a cut scene of the bridge being repaired when you sleep.

Oh never mind then, I got a pop up saying bridge repair when I finished the spring forage bundle but I guess I have to finish them all, thanks
