where does Penny live?

I'm really having difficulty finding where penny lives, trying to make her like one of my best friends for the achievement but its summer now so she doesnt hang around by the tree anymore like she did in the spring

She lives in the trailer with her mom, Pam. Right across the river from Joja Mart.

She lives in the trailer near the Mayor's house, Pam is her mother hahaha I was surprised to see Penny as her daughter

She's living in the trailer together with her drunkard mother. Just show up between 6 and 8pm and she'll be there.

Often if you get there early (8-9am) you can catch her leaving (or enter after 9am to see her). That is generally when I went to give gifts.
