Jodi's Fish Casserole

Hi,

I've received an event to enter Jodi's house for dinner (the condition to bring a Largemouth Bass), I've tried to enter the house with this and even tried gifting her the fish but nothing seems to trigger anything?

Does anyone know if I'm doing anything wrong?

You need to ENTER the house as soon as 7pm hits in game. Not 6:50, not 7:10, 7!

I did enter directly on 7:00 ._.

Does a quest show up in your quests window? I remember seeing it and I waited outside her door with the fish in my inventory until it was exactly 7:00 like others have said. As soon as I got inside, an event triggered so I didn't have to manually gift her the fish.

I did the same thing and nothing happened. She was washing the dishes, and I thought I had to give it to her... so I did and took a 1 heart hit...

No event triggered when I entered at exactly 7:00PM...

Did you have Sam's event trigger the first time you walked in at 7 PM? I did, and I can't seem to get Jodi's event to trigger either.

I had it earlier in the day. First Sam's then Kent's. Just tried it over two days, no go.

P.S. the qust is still in the log, so I will try it a few more times.

Yep happened to me too, wondering if that's the cue for it to start messing up.

When I had that event, I entered her house at 6pm, and I got the event going (yes, I know, I was way early, but that's how I am :o )

Did it today and no problem what so ever.
I guess the last update fixed the bugs some people had.

Multiple cut scene triggers seem to mess things up badly. Source: was lazy on gift giving until my first winter, where I went nuts with it.

i can also confirm. had Sam's event first aswell, now i cant trigger Jodi's event. tried multiple times too

Same thing has just happened to me. Sam's broken egg cutscene happened. Now I cannot trigger the dinner.

+1 - same thing. Got a jam session cutscene and now the quest won't trigger. :(

I had an issue with this too. When I went the first time, I got a Sam cutscene, and it seemed to override Jodi's dinner event. Afterwards I gave her the fish and she acted grossed out and said she'd put it in the compost! LOL. I was like, "Nooooes, I worked so hard for that bleeping fish!" I just restarted the day, went earlier to get Sam's event out of the way, fished outside Jodi's house until 7 and went in. It activated fine.

But that said, it does seem to be buggy in that other events that may be active at the time might override it and keep it from triggering.
