The Mine Cart (Simi-Spoiler)
I strongly recommend that you grind it out and get the tree in the boiler room of the community center completed because the mine cart is SUPER HELPFUL. It's not to hard to finish that and I'm VERY glad I did

Honestly the minecart tasks were the first ones I finished since I fully explored the mine before fall. They link between the bus stop (just east out of your farm in the top left corner), the town (by blacksmith), the mine and the quarry (when bridge is repaired).

It's a fantastic time saver! I wish I would've done it a bit earlier.

I ride my mine cart every day, a very bumpy and fun ride.

Boiler room was the first I completed, it is in my opinion the easiest bundle pack of all, only 3 bundles and most of the materials you can either buy or find easily.

Yeah it's the easiest and man was it worth it. You guys seem to be further so what's another useful tree?

I thought that, too. But now I have a horse and only use the minecart to bring some coffee to the dwarf.
Look at my horse, my horse is amazing :)

Generally speaking I will use minecart for access to the mine, quarry, blacksmith and museum. Horse for rest of town, beach and basically the rest of the map. Before I got the horse and when I had money basically to burn I got a bunch of coffee for the speed boost >.<

Ok cool! I'll start working towards the horse now.

Did you get the Quarry already? It's really useful for when you want ores but doesn't want to deal with the monsters in the mine and neither to search for it, you can just go to the Quarry and it'll be right there for you to mine, it's the bundle with the "Fix the Bridge" reward. Also the one who gives you heart with everyone is very hard but good if you seek the achievement of 10 hearts with all villagers, it'll save a lot of time.
The greenhouse allows you to pick the most valuable plants like cranberries and starfruits and have them all year round, including in winter, this will boost your money to the skies and even more with kegs.
(Also the bus one allows you to go to the desert, which is the only place where you can find some of the itens for the other bundles, so this one doesn't help you much with game but helps a lot on completing the others.)

I think I'll aim for that quarry next! Thanks for the info!! I have 3 of the bundles for that finished already anyways.

Honestly you want to try and get as much of them done as you can, the benefits are all good. I have to admit the lateness of removing the rock for me was kind bad, it gets panning unlocked which can be nice for a small amount of ore here and there but I am way too advanced for it. Quarry can be some nice stone / ore without burning a lot of time in the mines but the regeneration rate is a little slow so take it with a pinch of salt and such, it will help you not need to go to the mines as much but overall if you are really going for a lot of stone / ore you can't really escape the mines completely.
Honestly while the friendship bundle is likely the one that gives the least gameplay I would recommend it one of the most. Not for actual gameplay itself but more to explore the characters and get a nice jump in friendship levels so you can see more heart events with characters. It is really interesting to see the characters interacting with each other and how it shames them and such. I want to work on increasing a lot of things but kind of burnt myself out a little from playing so much in a short span (hence my more hovering on the forums offering advice and such). My current goal is pretty much done (all rarecrows), next goals include getting the item that costs a million (got around 750k and is just a time thing), stockpiling a lot of everything and working on getting everyone maxed out friendship. The museum is something I really want to finish too but need more luck on getting the items and such.

My gosh, you're really advanced, I didn't even know there was an iten for 1 million and I only have 5 rarecrows, and my community center is not fully done yet. (damm that bastard catfish, red snapper and the lack of rain combined). I find the quarry very very useful as I don't use much ore so it's enough for me to be happy, with very few visits to the mine. My current aim together with finishing the center is to get everyone to 10 hearts, so I'm following birthdays and gathering "loves" presents, it's really hard but the bulletin bundlu really helps.
