Mine - Flor 120 And no way down

Floor 120 is the last one for the mines. The key opens up a second one (called the Skull Caverns) which is limitless due to no elevator so it is basically you against the clock for how far you get.

the mine in the village only goes to 120 Once you get there it will give you a skeleton key. You use the skeleton key on the door to the desert mines. Those mines are ifinite with no end and you can mine iridium at the desert mine. The way to get to the desert is to fix the bus, to fix the bus you have to complete the vault bundle in the community center.

I am pretty sure I built stairs in skyrim. That or they magically appeared in the house I build completely from the ground up. So yeah going with the "I built stairs".
