Glittering Boulder??! WTF?!?!?

There is a question in the community center that once you finish all the flower its says the removal of the glittering boulder. Im wondering where that boulder is? I've pretty much been every where. Am I just being mental and missing the obvious?

To the left of the mines there is a boulder blocking the river as it goes into the mountain - is that the one?

My guess would be the purple one in the river near the mines.

I like to think it has something to do with dwarf. I'm only one bundle away from getting it removed and i'm super excited.

When it is removed you can start panning for ore in shiny spots on the water. Honestly I have only seen a single spot for it so far and got like 7 gold ore which is nice but I hardly think was worth it that much since I can easily get ore from the mine or skull cavern. Just something to keep an eye for but generally speaking since it was the last community center thing to unlock was quite late for me. I use the minecarts generally to get to the mine so don't really see the water much.

Ahaha I know what you mean I can't seem to ever get the eel an im pretty sure the octopus is BS. Theres this one fish in the ocean that like aviods your rode and im pretty sure it aint no ledgendary. Only fish im realy looking for at the moment is the woodship fish thing.

The cursed red snapper, legend has it that any who try to fish for it will be driven insane, waiting for many seasons to finally bag one and forever question if it was actually a red snapper or that other one that looks so much like it.
Also I did catch a legendary fish and it was totally awesome :p
