Do you mean that you can't unlock *individual* bundle awards... or that the mega-awards, (such as the Greenhouse, and Mine Carts) are also unavailable if you go Jojo?
Thanks! I thought about going Jojo on my second playthrough, but it would have been a deal-breaker without the mine carts.
Really? I stopped using them myself as soon as I got a horse. They were damn handy before that though.
Cons: Basically there just won't be a community center anymore. I don't actually see any big cons, unless you're really poor and can't pay for the stuff for some reason. You can also just get good relationship levels with everyone in the end as well anyway, if you think you're evil for just destroying the community center (It's dead and no one has used it in a long time anyway.).
Just flavor text dialogue, I'm lazy (Except earning money) so I liked Joja route lol
