Removing Farms Ruins

trying to remove the barn ruins on my farm, and the demolish option for the robin doesnt work. help?

It is a placeholder for a building you get later in the game. You can't remove it.

That is the greenhouse ruins which you can repair once you've finished collecting all the items for either the library room or the main hall over in the community center.

I can't rememebr if its the library or the main hall...cant be bothered to check.

It's the pantry although it's been over a year since this post was made so I'm guessing you already figured this one out.
