The slider in the top right goes on the starry part at 11pm.

Night fish can only be caught in the Night Market. Its really odd, but its the only time you can catch them. It occurs between the 15th and 17th of Winter.

^ No, there are night fish elsewhere.. e.g. Breams in the rivers..
