Hopefully this is fixed or a zoom level option is implemented.
But even some of the older Nvidia cards have the option to crank the resolution up on a computer.
However, if you're on AMD I wouldn't know if there are any settings like that to mess around with. So with that, I'd understand where you're coming from.
The problem is not that we see less field than higher res, it would be normal, it's that everything is at least 1.5 to 2 times bigger than your average picture/video from the game, like zoomed in therefore yes we see far less field.
It's like the game scales very badly at low resolutions. For example I can't see the skeleton in joja corp in the intro. If you had this problem you surely wouldn't say that it is a matter of opinion.
