How to meet Sebastian
I'm trying to finish the quest to meet everyone but Sebastian won't leave his room

Stand in his door, till he leaves xD.
He an introvert guy that leaves the house mostly at the noon
.

He will go to the saloon on Fridays, and you can also catch him going to his kitchen around 3:00pm.

Sometimes he'll go out to the lake near his home in late evening (like 6-7pm?) but I only saw him start doing that in summer, myself.

Friday Is the easiest time to find him as Vari said. He does leave the house more often in Summer. I met him for the first time during a time he was in the kitchen I believe in Spring.
