Stuck in Crafting menu

So I'm in crafting menu and my inventory is full.
I made a campfire and now with no where to put the campfire it won't let me just drop it and when I place it I just pick up another item and still can't do anything.

Also when i first launched the game I skipped the intro, and the game loaded up in a weird room editor and my character was invisible and none of ym keys would bring any menus up.

Just thought I should point out so devs maybe see this and can fix it if they were unaware.

EDIT: Just saw the Trashcan after posting. Wow. I'm dumb, never mind. Still, a w ay without having to delete something would be nice.
Also the start up issue should be seen too.

That doesn't sound like a glitch to me (the first thing) as far as I know the game literally makes it so that if you don't have enough room you have to delete something. That's just how it works for me, but I found out if you click the right top corner sometimes it'll drop the item on the ground, sometimes.

You gotta throw something away. There's no 'drop an item on the ground' option. So get rid of your most worthless thing so you can get out of the menu. And uh. Be careful next time. (Speaking from my own experience lol.)

I had this issue first time playing too. The backpack is uncomfortably small compared to similar games.
