Destroyed building on farm
Is there a way to remove it or build on its foundation? I assume there must be, but I can't find anything. Carpenter won't let me demolish it.

From what I am guessing (not totally sure here), it may be the greenhouse from one of the bundle rewards. Again this is only a guess though but the wiki does have greenhouse under your farm.

It is the Greenhouse, it will be unlocked from a bundle later on like redhawk39 said, just build around it until it is.

Ah haaaa, so that's the greenhouse. Alright, that's fine then. I'm making good progress toward that unlock anyway. Thanks!
