Alright so I just spent the last little while stalking the character "Penny", because whenever I wanted to find her, I couldn't, so this is the result of this "investigation", if it helps anyone else. The formating isn't great, I did this in notepad afterall, but it should be self explanatory, the time is first followed by where she is. I'll probably do one or two more characters(like Abigail and Haley) and then just wait for someone else to do all the dirty work in my place, if it wasn't already done.

Monday :
-8am leaves home
-8~9:3am transit to back of Joja
-9:3am~1pm Watching river behind Joja
-1~2:3 transit to right of community center
-2:3~6pm sitting right of community center
-6~7pm transit to home

Thuesday :
-8am leaves home
-8~9am transit to right of haley's house
-9am~12:3pm Reading a book under a tree, right of haley's house
-12:3~1pm transit to home
-4pm leave home
-4~4:30pm transit to rest area behind graveyard/in front of Stardrop saloon.
4:3~6:3pm sitting in the rest area behind graveyard/in front of Stardrop saloon.
6:3~7pm transit to home

Wednesday :
-9am leaves home
-9~10am transit to library
-10am~2pm In the library
-2~4pm outside of library near bridge
-4~5pm transit to kids home
-5~6:3pm in front of the kids home

Glad it may at least help 1 person. With that, I'm done making schedule... while I do this I'm not exactly playing the game so it's very boring "work".

Also, during Spring her schedule is different. I know that during certain weekdays, she takes the two kids to the archealogy center to teach them a learning.

Schedule is for summer, I do not know how Spring/Fall and Winter are different. But isn't the "archealogy center" also the library? (which there's a few days she days that too in Summer)

I imagine there might be a small difference to their schedules during the seasons, but I honestly don't pay attention.

Not sure if the list a bit incomplete, but I've found Penny elsewhere from where your list says she would be.

Monday - 1-3 She was going home
Tuesday - 12-1 Standing on the bridge left of the library / 4 - Again on the bridge
Wednesday - 2-4 in the library
Thursday 9-1 Under the tree left of the graveyard
Sunday - 2-6 at bench above graveyard

Which season? The list is mainly for Summer, during sunny days, on the first year. It's also possible that she has more than 1 specific path she follows but that would require more testing/more time and probably more people working on this.

Ah I see, my apologies then, this was not summer. I cannot recall what season it was. I must of missed the summer part =p.
