What's the point of the scythe?
Other than early game when you don't have a sword. The sword seems to do just about the same thing. Does the scythe get some sort of improvement to make it have a point?

Hay? If you get a silo and cut grass with the scythe you get hay. Dunno if you can get hay with a sword.

also some crops have to be harvested with the scythe... i dont know if the sword can be used there... but i doubt it.

they can't, i grow alot of wheat and can't use my sword :(

You shouldn't be able to lose your scythe, it should reappear beside your bed the next day if you somehow manage to.

You might have stored it somewhere. Check your chests.
