Carb

I have absolutely no idea where to find a carb. I was able to catch like 5 or 6 different fish, but no carb. Does someone know to which lake i have to go?

I'm assuming you're talking about crabs, and if so, you can find them in the cave. You sometimes will have them appear under rocks and attack you. Kill them and you should get a crab from them.

It could be a typo. Look at the quest text and examine the context.
