what are the 3 little icons just under the date and above the time?

what do the stars in the fish icons mean? when I catch a fish there's a little silver star in the icon and recently there's been some gold stars in the icons.

There's only 2 icons under the date. The one on the left is the weather, the one on the right is the season.

The stars are an item's quality. No star is normal, silver is better, gold is best. It changes sell prices and for food it increases heal amounts.
