Is it possible to sell old Equipment?

I had a pair of rubber boots that I found as a loot from some slimes in the mine yesterday. Today I get a reward from a chest (again, in the mine) that had a pair of leather boots that was just an upgrade.

Is it possible to sell my old rubber boots since I will not use them again? I've tried going to the shop and the blacksmith as well as trying to ship it in the box but to no success.

I haven't found a way. I've been deleting it. It wouldn't even let me delete the slingshot, so that's a thing I have forever now.

For boots and swords, you have to take them to the adventurer guild. Where you would buy the stuff and he buys them back for a cheap price.
Such as fish, only the fisherman will buy I think. Just go to the proper person and they will buy it.

That makes so much sense. I knew about the fish and the produce but I had completely forgotten that the adventurers guild actually sells things as well!
