Can't finish 'Introductions' quest

The journal keeps telling me I've greeted 25/28 people, it doesn't appear to be updating after greeting new people.

I checked my whole list very-very carefully again, and, although I already know Sebastian, I noticed that I still have a "???"-character for some reason: a guy with blue eyes, blond short hair and a beard. I talked to him several times already during festivals, so I thought this counts, too... haven't ever seen him anywhere in town, actually.

The one i can't seem to catch is the Green Hair girl, she is the last one on my list.

Clint, the Blacksmith :) -- Can't get credit when meeting at festivals, too easy. :P

Have been found ad talked to. Only guy i havent been able to talk to is the guy in the adventure guild who never leaves it during the day and can't be talked to other than to shop.

well what the heck I don't have him in my tab at all the only two I have question marks for are the wizard and the female character I'm about to post a screen shot of..lol...

You somehow managed to break it... Try talking to Gus behind the bar in the Saloon, see if that fixes it.

Exactly my point, i have them all, but the quest is still saying 27/28....meaning it's bugged

Already spoken to everyone MULTIPLE times. So until it's fixed im done with the game. Sucks i can't progress it anymore but oh well, back to xcom

LOL That is Elliot -- Looks like a female, but is a male. He looks like Fabio when you speak to him. :P He lives in the shack on the beach :P
