How to change your clothes and hairstyle?

I picked the wrong clothes and hairstyle but I'm way too far in. How do I change my character's looks? Is there a hairdresser or anything like that?

You can change it a bit later. But it'll be a while.

Later as in unlock it in the game?
Or later as in the devs "are working on it"?

It's unlocked later on in the game

What about editting the "%APPDATA%/StardewValley/Saves/<character>/" files? They appear to be XML files which can be edited with any old text editor. In there you'll find shirt/hair/skin/accessory/facialHair values.

I haven't tried this myself, but I'd be surprised if it doesn't work. Don't forget to backup your files just in case.

While you're in there, don't forget to add an extra million to the "money" value.
