Well. Some days she's just late out of bed, so waiting 'til like 9:30 helps. On tuesdays she's out of the store.

Otherwise, I haven't had much issue finding her during store hours.

I think her store is closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Daaaang 3 day weekend must be nice.

I usually buy hay 2-300 at a time, so I don't really go looking for her often :(

I just want her ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ chickens now that i've built up a chicken coop. Unprofessional for her to not state her closing days or at least have someone cover the store! Could you imagine going into a shop with no one at the till but it still be open?

This game simulates people's rural life lazyness pretty well.

Anyone who has the slightest clue about what it takes to raise livestock will find this comment hysterical.

@OP - I haven't had too much trouble finding Marnie at the counter, but I usually go there in the early afternoon.

Necro posting here rather than starting a new post. Marnie really needs to be fixed, because she's AWOL on thursdays too, never tending the counter. That's 4 out of 7 days she doesn't tend shop? Shopkeepers in a game should be available more often than that, especially the ONLY source of buying straw in the winter.

this game needs a little bell at the counter, i had the same problem with her, monday i arrived at around 12pm and i think she wasnt even there. her niece Jas came outside and asked me if i wondered where marnie went... and thats all she said. about a half hour to hour later she finaly came walking back, entered her shop to... move to the microwave-.- she was just standing infront of her microwave for a hour and then proceded to do some other random stuff while i was waiting there. tuesday 9 am i rush into the door, i see her infront of her counter for a split second only to leave again for aerobic class. which apparently takes untill 6PM! which is past the store time. getting a milk bucket for my cows has never been this hard.

could use a little patching imo.

You can't grow grass in the winter. That's the whole problem. Marnie is the ONLY means of getting extra feed in the winter, and she's rarely ever available.

Also let ur animals feast on the grass during spring n ♥♥♥♥

How does that solve the problem of Marnie not being available in the winter? Your suggestions don't help in the first year, as most people don't know better, plus don't have the extra cash to buy 100 grass starters, or clear enough area to place them during their first spring. The point is that Marnie shouldn't be a lazy bum and should actually be AT the counter at least 5-6 days a week.
