Just put be a slime option since they have no defined gender and we are ready to go. Because have blue skin/red or any other fancy color and a robot face or some really weird stuff isnt enough it seems.

Yeah, this is just silly. You aren't spawned as a random gender while identifying with the opposite one. If you want to be a male and identify as such, then be a male. If you want to be a female and identify as such, then be a female.

Hell, if you want to be a gender you don't identify with for fun then do that as well.
