There are tools for building XNA/C# games for Mac and Linux. Check out Monogame [www.monogame.net], an opensource XNA implementation that allows you to bring those games to Mac and Linux. I'd say it's a solid tool seeing as it was used by Bastion, Fez, Towerfall and others.
I think if the Windows version does well we have a good shot at seeing it ported to Linux/Mac after the multiplayer update. Hoping for a port, at least. :)
