I don't know about this one.
The art style isn't really my cup of tea. But if the game is good, can live with it.
And the possibility of same sex marriage seems to be because a bug. Or the bug is that they adress you as the opposite gender. Guess that we gonna know for sure when they fix it, in a way or another.

The gay marriage bug was patched. The last two Harvest Moon titles were made(Poorly imo) by Natsume whom were previously translating the games by Marvelous. If you're looking for actual Bokujo Montagari games, I'd suggest playing Story of Seasons. Same games, but XSeed is now in charge of translation.

I have the game on iOS, but this game is really lacking content. But the controls aren't that bad if I say so myself. Would really place nice on the PC with the use of a mouse only.

And the actual Not-anymore-Harvest-Moon games don't do much better in that aspect.

I wish they went for Lost Valley 2 over what they are going with... IE just do what they did with Lost Valley but add in tool upgrades and a town and it would be at lest 50% better.. I spent much more time with Lost Valley then Story of Seasons (about 80 more hours).. Though I think both are good in different ways.. - If it had good tool upgrades I'd of probably spent twice the time with it..

If they had tool upgrades alone it'd make the customizable farm both more accessable and more useable.. What good is gaint farm space if I can't water that much?... An bigger shovel/hammer to more quickly edit the terrain as you progress.. - but oh well maybe next time.

Stardew Valley seems like it will be better in everyway vs the IOS Harvest Moon.. But that doesn't mean I won't buy it to - just because. I hope Natsume is able to catch up and start making Harvest Moons that most people can agree are good or better - then we'll have two major "Harvest Moon" series + these Indie ones we might get.

Seeds of memories looks so bad I don't think I could get past that art style and enjoy the game. It is visually offputting to me which is sad as I love Harvest Moon type games.

Well yeah Harvest Moon coming to PC would be awesome, but somehow these graphics look really cheap and quickly done and I am not someone to say that easily. I just think this is kinda sad I've always loved HM and their graphic style(s) even when it was something new I had to get used to or not really my piece of cake but the gameplay would always make up for it.

I just don't think that will be the case this time. I am not even sure how to discribe it apart from that it looks cheap and done without very much effort.

Natsume's use of the Harvest Moon name since the split from Marvelous has been nothing but crap and as many fond memories I've had with "Harvest Moon" I wont support their efforts.

Story of Seasons proper by Marvelous and XSEED is where it's at.

It looks pretty bad, It isn't made by the real harvest moon team and it looks like a facebook tier game, I stopped caring about that "game" as soon I readed it was avalible on iOS. I saw in stardew valley a GBA harvest moon which made me interested since 2 years. The new harvest moon is more an indie than stardew valley.

They mentioned that there will be two versions, Im guessing the mobile and then the PC/Wii U version. Don't know if they will be much differen't visually though, I have my doubts.
