Is it worth replaying?
I kinda miss playing Stardew and I know a bunch of new stuff was added but I don't know if I'm gonna enjoy it as much as I did the first time

I'm waiting for the next patch to start a new run. But yeah, for me theres a lot of replay with Stardew, even now. I'm just forcing myself to wait.

it funny, replaying never my problem, it actually sorta finishing is the hard part. Some reason just fun to start over, and then at some point, i just sorta stop. Maybe cause playing by my self, or maybe the grind more fun before i have everything I need.
though always excited too, to see what next.

I replay it quite frequently. I LIKE the early game, where you're struggling, and don't have all the stuff you need, or enough money for anything.

Once I have everything set up, and I'm making lots of money with minimal effort, I tend to get bored.

Playing into the 3rd year at all is something of a rarity for me.

Mostly depends on if you feel like it is worth replaying. That's something nobody can answer you, as some people can play it over and over again, while others feel like they've no reason to come back after the first visit.

You could also take a look into mods, which for sure add so much more content than the vanilla game itself.

I'd say yes, but I always love this game. I would recommend Stardew Valley Expanded for a mod, if nothing else (it has a lot of other requirements) since that adds a lot of fresh, new content, but the 1.6 update will break it for a bit until they can update everything. That said, until that comes out, you can go ham.

Depend, you can find the mood yes or no based on your experience.

I suggest stop min maxing and stop looking up on the wiki. Try playing an authentic game. Again, this is my approach so it doesn't need to be your next replay choice.

Besides that, there are plenty of good mods like Stardew Valley Expanded and Ridgeside Village which adds a lot of contents, and I recommend you go with both if you start a new run.

Honestly, the next time you find yourself with the free time to spare. Feel free to revisit the game. Nothing is lost or gained if you don't enjoy it as much as you originally did. :)

I think the replay in this game for me is just having to build things up again, as opposed to having a character who has everything .. or has a lot .. I don't have everything! But I mean, you learn from previous characters, and you can always try to find better, faster ways to do certain things that took you too long last time, stuff like that ..

I played it when it released originally on PS4. Just bought it on steam recently as I felt the same as you. It's consuming me all over again. Definitely still chill and fun. It's worth it for sure. And hey, if you start playing it and it doesn't click just go play something else.

The first time I played it was in 2018 and I completed all but 3 achievements, revisited in 2021 and did another. The last two I needed were the arcade ones which I still don't care to do - game within a game thing - I'll pass :D But... I also like the early game and I have just installed a heavily modded pack called 'Stardew Valley VERY Expanded modpack'. The difference now being that I intend to give it another go but with some friends. It will either be fun or not, but I'm hoping with others, they can do the bits I'm not too keen on and vice versa. Unless you give the game a go you never know.

I'm on my first playthrough, and the amount of content from the 1.5 patch feels like about 20-50% of the game, and 1.6 may be soon with another boost.

i think its worth it, you can chose a different character to befriend or even do a challenge run, maybe even add some rules or just play with your friends!!
